I’m Emily Rice, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for adults. I use evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), depending on your needs.
ACT helps you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings so you can move toward what matters most. ERP is a structured, evidence-based approach often used for OCD and anxiety-related fears that helps you gradually face fears while reducing unhelpful patterns.
I aim to create a space where we can meet your experiences with curiosity instead of judgment, supporting self-compassion along the way. Therapy is collaborative, and you help guide the direction of our work.
